What are therapy groups good for?
- Figuring yourself out
- Understanding others
- Gaining skills for life's stress
- Supporting you
The research on Group Therapy is clear. Group therapy helps with lots of issues, such as stress, anxiety, depression, loneliness, divorce, autism, chronic health issues, trauma, and more. It's a cost-efficient option, often available at a fraction of the price of individual therapy.
It can be just as effective as individual therapy. In my 20 years experience, Group therapy is often even better.
If you answer yes to any of the following, you might be a great candidate for one of the Group openings I have:
- Do you feel alone in managing your chronic health issues or neurodiversity?
- Do you aim to enhance your self-awareness?
- Are you looking for a community that will support your growth?
- Do you feel dissatisfied in your relationships and are curious about your role?
